IADL (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living):

IADLs are the skills that build upon the foundational ADL skills. These skills enable individuals to live independently and participate in their communities. The key IADL skills include:

- Meal Preparation: Planning, shopping, cooking, and cleaning up after meals.

- Household Management: Managing laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.

- Time Management and Organization: Managing time, prioritizing tasks, and organizing daily schedules.

Money Management: We provide training in basic money management skills, such as budgeting, saving, and responsible spending.

By mastering these ADL and IADL skills, individuals can gain the confidence and ability to live independently, making choices and decisions that promote their well-being and quality of life.
